Tony Maiorano is a skilled litigator with experience across a wide spectrum of legal matters, ranging from small civil claims to complex, multi-million-dollar disputes. He frequently represents clients in criminal defense cases throughout Ohio, both at trial and on appeal. In addition, Tony has extensive experience advocating for parents in custody disputes and defending against allegations of dependency, neglect, and abuse.

Tony’s track record includes handling high-stakes first-degree felony jury trials, such as a multi-count felony trial in Fayette County, Ohio, and securing a not guilty verdict in a criminal jury trial in Greene County, Ohio. His civil litigation experience is equally impressive, with successful motions to dismiss, summary judgments, and multiple civil bench trials to his credit. Tony has also successfully appealed parts of a criminal jury trial, ensuring his clients’ rights are protected through all stages of the legal process.

Tony earned his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he graduated at the top of his class. He served as a research editor for the University of Dayton Law Review, participated in the mock trial team, and externed for the Honorable Thomas M. Rose, a United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of Ohio.

Prior to law school, Tony earned his undergraduate degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati and worked as a social worker in downtown Cincinnati.
He is admitted to practice law in the Southern District of Ohio, the Eastern District of Kentucky, and all state courts in Ohio and Kentucky. Tony is a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Dayton Bar Association. He was also selected as an Ohio Super Lawyer “Rising Star” for 2025.

Tony lives in Fairborn, Ohio with his wife and three children. With his diverse legal experience and dedication to his clients, Tony is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for every case he handles.

Ian Czanik is an experienced criminal defense attorney representing clients across Ohio, specializing in both minor and serious criminal matters. He has successfully defended clients facing charges ranging from traffic offenses and misdemeanors to serious felonies, OVIs, and involuntary manslaughter.

His practice also extends into civil matters, where he assists clients with civil stalking protection orders, contract disputes, estate planning, and personal injury cases involving both personal and property damage.

Before joining his current firm, Ian ran his own practice, The Czanik Law Firm, where he gained extensive experience providing private legal services throughout Greene County, with a particular focus on residents of Fairborn. His deep connection to the Fairborn community is underscored by his membership in the Fairborn Chamber of Commerce.
Ian grew up in Fairborn, Ohio, and is a proud graduate of Carroll High School. He earned a degree in Finance from the University of Findlay before attending the University of Dayton School of Law.

While in law school, Ian focused his studies on criminal law, gaining hands-on experience through internships with the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office and the University of Dayton School of Law Criminal Defense Clinic.
In addition to his legal expertise, Ian brings a tough and aggressive approach to advocacy, ensuring that his clients receive the best possible representation. He is also a member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Caleb Johnson is a dedicated attorney born and raised in Washington Court House, Ohio. He earned degrees in Political Science and English from The Ohio State University before attending the University of Dayton School of Law, where he focused his studies on criminal and civil litigation. During his time in law school, Caleb held leadership positions in several student organizations, including serving as President of the Federalist Society, President of the 2nd Amendment Association, and Vice President of the Republican Law Society.

He was also a member of the Leadership Honors Program.
Since being admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2021, Caleb has focused his practice primarily on criminal defense and family law matters.

Caleb has successfully handled various criminal matters from complex felony drug charges to minor misdemeanor traffic offenses. He has also helped many clients navigate complex divorces, changes to child support, and parental rights modifications.

He is a proud member of the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (OACDL) and Ohio Bar Association. Caleb frequently gives back to the community by volunteering to work appointed cases in Fayette, Highland, Clinton, and Greene Counties to help ensure that all people—regardless of background or income levels—get adequate legal representation when it matters most.

His strong commitment to his clients and community is reflected not only in his legal work but also in his public service. Outside of his legal work, Caleb has served as the youngest-ever elected member of the Washington Court House City Council since 2017 and is currently President of the Fayette County Bar Association. He was also honored with a selection in the Washington Court House 20 Under 40.

I was recently hired in the summer of 2024 at our Fairborn
location. I work alongside my husband Tony Maiorano to assist in the Firm’s
legal matters. It is always a pleasure to work within our local community and help
our neighbors with their legal issues.

I am passionate about supporting clients through the legal
process and strive to provide the highest level of service and professionalism.

When I’m not assisting with legal matters, I enjoy visiting our local library, going to Sandhill park, and playing with our three daughters.














Kirsten

Kirsten Lindsay

Paralegal
Kirsten has worked as a paralegal with Attorney Caleb Johnson since July 2023, and was brought along when The Law Office of Caleb Johnson and the CMW Law Firm merged into the JCM Law Firm.

She wears a multitude of hats to contribute to the firm as a whole, including but certainly not limited to drafting and filing documents, keeping the internal filling system current with documents, and communications with the clients and the Court. Kirsten thrives on being able to help clients, and making clients feel heard.

Kirsten lives in Washington Court House with Caleb and their cockatiel, Sylvie. She enjoys creative writing, learning about history, and reading fantasy books in her spare time.
